The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies on multiple factors. Please allow 5-7 days for processing. Mail is prepared for shipping approximately every 1-5 business days. ✦ Shipping Orders are processed and shipped from the United States with main use of USPS. We ship domestic and internationally, so times may vary! Domestic orders may take 1-2 weeks, while International orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Tracking is available on all orders except sticker and print orders, as those are sent in stamped letter mail. ✦ Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. ✦ Tracking for orders A tracking number will be sent to e-mail provided with customer's order. We thank you in advance for your patience. NOTE: Tracking is NOT provided on letter mail to keep cost low! |
Return & Cancellation Policy
✦ Please keep all information accurate when purchasing! If any inaccurate information has been submitted you may submit for cancellation.
✦ We accept cancellations, but the customer must request cancellation within 5 hours of purchase to be valid. ✦ Items damaged may be resent, as long as customer provides photographs of damaged item(s) around the time the order has been received. Please keep tracking numbers to predict your shipment. ✦ In case of lost items, customers may contact for resending or refund around the time the order should have been received.
