✦ Do NOT repost without the proper credit and do not claim any work as your own. Commissioners may repost, just make sure proper credit is made! ✦ Anything made by Poofylion or PoofylionArts may NOT be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs and/or cryptocurrency. ✦ Anything made by Poofylion or PoofylionArts may NOT be used in any AI (Artificial Intelligence) art engines. ✦ Do NOT use or distribute Poofylion's works for commercial purposes without proper permission. If you would like to commission for your company/store, game assets, or anything of that nature you may e-mail for rates and inquiries. Note: For commercial commissions potential clients must e-mail. ✦ Do NOT commission online if under 18 years old. If commissioning at conventions & you are under 18 years of age, you must acquire guardian's permission. ✦ NO XXX-rated work is offered, but tasteful nudity or softcore is okay. OPTION ONLY AVAILABLE FOR 18+ CLIENTS. ✦ Poofylion has the right to decline a commission for whatever reason we see fit. ✦ Your commission may vary slightly from examples provided. ✦ All information provided by the client is kept private besides names for the queue. Any name the client is comfortable with may be used on queue. ✦ Commissioners still reserve the rights their characters that have been commissioned. ✦ All Commissioners reserve the right to their privacy. Any information provided by the client will not be used in any manner other than for the commission. |

Commission Process

✦ PAYPAL USD($) ONLY! Commissioners MUST provide paypal address when commission is accepted.
✦ Poofylion/PoofylionArts may contact you via private messaging or e-mail client has provided to confirm commission details. ✦ Do NOT sell or exchange approved commission slots that have yet to be completed. This will result in commission being bumped down the queue or cancelled. ✦ All invoices sent have NO DUE DATE. Invoices also allow partial pay in intervals you choose. ✦ If the client chooses to cancel the commission, and it has yet to be started, the client will be refunded. If the commission has been started, you may only receive a refund on the percentage not done. ✦ If a portion of art has been started and a refund has been requested, we are allowed to use said art for a YCH, adopt resale, or for personal work. ✦ VISUAL references preferred of subjects/characters. Simple sketches are acceptable! ✦ Major edits are allowed during sketching stage. Small edits allowed after line art/flat color stage. ✦ Poofylion will only be communicating with the original commissioner on the form provided. ✦ A percentage of payment must be made within the same week of commission approval. That percentage is very fexible & may be discussed. If not at least notified of non-payment , we are allowed to cancel your commission. ✦ Progress shots are sent to the commissioner via private message AND/OR updated in the queue. ✦ Major changes different to info provided on the commission form, such as character changes, will cause a delay with your commission. ✦ If clients need a commission by a certain date please inform beforehand. ✦ The average amount of time for commissions is 3 weeks to 2 months. This depends on queue and what types of commissions are ordered. ✦ Larger commissions such as full references, may take upwards to 4 months. |
